The Varsity Softball team hosted Homestead on a rainy Friday. The Spartans scored a run in the 1st however the Knights led 4-1 after 5 innings. Unfortunately they were unable to hold the lead as Homestead scored 10 runs in the final two frames and the Knights struggled defensively. Reese Frauhiger led the offense going 2-3 with 2 doubles and 3 RBI's. Kara Brown was 1-3 at the plate with a double, an RBI and two runs scored and Teagan Lesley was 1-2 with a double and 2 runs.
